Importing past bookings and customers into SuperControl

We are often asked by new clients to import past booking data into SuperControl. We can normally do this from:

• other booking systems
• spreadsheets
• databases

Importing your data into SuperControl enables you to have all your booking and customer information in one place so you can more effectively manage your customers and marketing going forward.

We are always happy to look at the way your data is stored and quote for a custom import based on the time required to put it in place.

As part of this flexible approach to data imports we have imported data from the following systems for many clients:

Kelworth
Insight Booking Solutions

We can import:

• properties
• owners (applies to agencies)
• past bookings
• future bookings

from Kelworth and Insight into SuperControl. We ask you to send us a few files which enable us to import this data. You have access to these files through your Kelworth or Insight user account.

Hoseasons data import

Many SuperControl clients take bookings through Hoseasons. We enable you to download your data from the Hoseasons Partner system and import it into SuperControl. This way you can keep SuperControl up to date with bookings received through Hoseasons with very little effort. No data entry required!
