Latest new features of SuperControl

We are always getting great new ideas from our clients when it comes to new features for SuperControl. These are added to the development schedule and carried out in order of priority.

Here are just a few items which I am sure you will agree are really useful additions.

• Logo alignment within the booking summary. You can now select on which side of the booking summary you would like your address to appear. More flexible for those using headed paper when printing off booking confirmations.

• We have been busy working on several developments to the grid view including:
• you can add bookings via the grid,
• provisional and owner bookings are clearly marked
• you can print monthly views
• select which months you would like to view before the grid is loaded.

• If you need to produce VAT invoices for your customers there is now a template we can add into your form letters. If you would like us to add the template to your account please email us at support@supercontrol.co.uk

• When you add admin bookings SuperControl now automatically calculates the total of your booking options before you save the booking. A handy time-saving function when you're on the phone and your customer wants to know how much their stay will cost including all their optional add ons and their two little dogs!

• We have massively improved the response time on the availability search results both from the customers point of view on your website and in the admin area of SuperControl. There are further improvements to be made but already the average response time is now a speedy 1.78 seconds.

• If you are displaying your availability calendars in an iframe you will be interested to know you can now display two months at a time this way. We can amend your display for you; please email support@supercontrol.co.uk.

• By popular demand ... SuperControl-Agency clients will be pleased to know you can now incorporate owner commission into booking options/extras as a percentage.
