Availability & bookings from your web portal

• The booking pages carry the portal's branding in keeping with the rest of the website.
• Each owner has a unique login so they can update their availability and prices for one or more properties.
• Customer makes a contract with the property owner, not the portal owner, when placing an online booking (owner's terms are displayed).

• Discounts eg late availability, multiple weeks etc and supplements such as bed linen and pets can be calculated automatically for each owner.
• Availability can be shown by full weeks, short breaks, any-day entry and any changeover day. These can be changed for each owner.

Manage properties & commission

• Access to a secure master account through which you can manage owners and view statistics and trends in performance and customers' booking behaviour.
• You can take commission on each booking if desired - either percentage or fixed fee.
• Prices are calculated automatically

• If an owner wishes to use SuperControl for taking online bookings on their own website they would have a single SuperControl account which would show availability calendars and allow online bookings on their website and the portal site. There would be no duplication of effort or difference in the data displayed on the two sites.
