For PLUS and AGENCY customers, the Enquiries option provides a host of useful tools that you might not be aware of:
1. You can manually add enquiries (log in to your SuperControl account, go to Bookings > Availability search and click the first date of the guest’s enquiry). Once saved, you can generate an email quote with a list of available properties and prices and send it to potential guests. Alternatively, you can add enquiries from the Grid view.
2. You can identify people who have enquired but never booked and get in touch with them with a new offer.
3. You can even set custom questions on enquiry forms to garner more information from potential guests.
4. Guests can also enquire for dates that you haven’t added prices for yet.
