Processing customer payments using SuperControl

SuperControl enables you to process your customer's payments in several ways:

Payment processing options

Offline processing (using your existing card terminal)

The customer's card details are encrypted and stored in our secure database.
You can access the card number via your SuperControl account and process the payment using your card terminal in the normal way.
You can still accept payments by cheque, bank transfer etc

Online processing

Integration with many leading online card processers including Protx, HSBC, Metacharge, Realex, Payvision, Worldpay, Optimal Payments, NetBanx, MoneyBookers and PayPal.
Online card processing is often cheaper and is much more efficient.
Automatically take the deposit from the customer's card when they book or process payment after booking details have been checked.
Process payments and refunds directly from your SuperControl account— tick a box and the card is verified and processed in seconds.

Sage Pay Partners

Our preferred payment processor is Sage Pay (formally Protx). Having worked with most of the leading payment processors we have chosen Sage Pay because of their simple application processes, low processing fees, reliability and excellent UK-based support. Their system also allows us to offer enhanced integration. Give us a call and we will lead you through the Protx application process or apply using our Sage Pay Partner form.
