If you have a guest who has already placed a booking and wants to add another property to the booking for the same dates, here’s a simple way to do just that. It saves the confusion of adding another booking in the same name for the same dates.
- Go to the existing booking – either through Bookings > Gridview or Bookings > Search bookings.
- In the pop up box Add another property or dates select Use same dates and a different property:
- Complete all of the required fields and then click Save.
All of the booking information for that guest will be stored within one booking reference number (instead of two), so payment reminders and other correspondence will be generated only once.
