Fees and charges for joining fee, annual licence fee and channel service fee are on our pricing page.
Prices for customisation work and extra services
- Property licences added mid-contract are calculated pro rata.
- Properties in multiple accounts belonging to and invoiced to a single business will be consolidated for the purpose of calculating the annual licence fee.
- The cost of using the SuperControl API is dependent upon the amount of traffic your website sends through the system. Cost is from £300/year.

- *Onboarding assistance via electronic channels to guide you through the self-led set-up phase.
- *Ongoing UK based support via ‘ticket’ (written support request) and telephone.
- Membership of our Facebook community.
*If you require service beyond fair use, or 1-1 telephone training, this is charged at our consultancy rate.
