Laura joined the SuperControl team in 2017. Since then, she has grown with the company, from Client Support Advisor to Client Success Consultant, and is now a valuable member of the Business Development team. Laura knows SuperControl inside and out and is the go-to for agencies who need specific support to scale their business.

“Before joining SuperControl, I worked in residential childcare, where I got to know the unique stories of children and their caregivers. This taught me the power of understanding and adapting to meet specific needs. At SuperControl, I’ve carried this approach through every role, from support to onboarding. Now, in business development, take the same approach with our users, helping them unlock the full potential of their accounts. It’s about connecting, understanding, and truly making a difference.”

“My work mainly involves agencies aiming to expand their businesses. Often, they’re outgrowing their current booking systems, or their operations have become too complex for simple tools like a whiteboard! I dive into their challenges through focused, result-oriented discussions. For instance, I recently helped an agency set up on booking channels and integrate a payment processor. When I followed up, their previous struggles with attracting bookings had vanished. Their Airbnb listings were booming, and online payments had become straightforward. Seeing these results, the kind that genuinely improve day-to-day operations, is incredibly rewarding for me.”
