When we meet, there will be just a week and a half left to respond to the Welsh Government’s 182-day consultation, now is the time for our sector to come together. PASC UK is holding a free in-person meeting, and anyone involved in self-catering and short-term accommodation across Wales is welcome.
Members and non-members are very welcome.
This is a chance to meet other operators in the same boat, compare experiences and get the latest information on the issues affecting your business.
The PASC UK team has been meeting with MSs and Welsh Government officials throughout the 182-day debate.
We will share what we have learned and, most importantly, help you formulate your own response to the 182 consultation before the deadline.
We will also bring you up to speed on the other major changes coming down the track in Wales and provide helpful insight, including:
- 182-day consultation – what we are hearing and how to make your response count.
- Registration – the latest position and what operators need to know.
- Visitor Levy – where things stand and what comes next.
- Local booking data – localised booking data so that you can see how your calendars and rates compare.
- Capital Allowances – make sure you have identified and claimed the allowances linked to your property before the January 2027 deadline.
